DISCOVERY CALL
Every project begins with a “discovery phone call” to discuss your project needs. During this call, I’ll ask about your goals, and you can ask about how I work. This call usually lasts between 20-30 minutes. I don’t charge for this phone call because it’s for both of us to see if the project is a good fit. Afterward, if we are both interested in moving forward, the next step is to schedule an initial consultation.

Along with good design, professional photos are crucial to the success of your short-term rental. You can have a beautifully designed vacation home, but if the photographs don’t project the quality of your designs, they will not show off your space successfully. Your photos get people to click on your site and book a stay. The good design is what wows them when they stay there, leave you a great review and come back again!

Getting investment properties guest ready is the most challenging step and sourcing the wrong product can delay your timeline and easily lead to overspending and costly mistakes! Designing and furnishing yourself sounds fun at first, until you’re dealing with endless decisions, the hours of online searching and the rabbit hole of options. If you have the time to purchase and install, then we can provide the detail plan in our Rental Vision Concept Boards Package. We have two levels in this package. Our Design Premium Service and our Design Starter Service. Both plans include concept boards, a custom color palette, and a master shopping list with URL links to where you can purchase all of the products in the plan yourself. They both include many curated shopping sources, both retail and To-the-Trade sources. The Premium Service also allows for 1 client feedback and revision session for up to 25% of the board.

RENTAL REFRESH CONSULTATION

You have an existing furnished rental, but the design is not bringing you that great return on investment that you had been hoping for. Gorgeous photos and good design can make all the difference in how well your short-term rental is received on the platform. A friendly Rental Refresh Consultation may be just what you need to give your space a new look and feel. We will do an actual or virtual walk-through of your existing space and talk about some ways to improve the design. There is so much competition on Airbnb right now, that if your short-term rental does not stand out, and the design is not unique, guests will scroll right past your space when searching for a place to stay.
